Significant Cases

Opposed abortion access
June Medical Services v. Russo, Supreme Court

Opposed ending partisan gerrymandering
Rucho v. Common Cause; Lamone v. Benisek, Supreme Court
(Partisan Gerrymandering)
Plaintiffs sought to end partisan gerrymandering which allows political parties to draw districts to weaken the voting power of their political opponents.

The Leadership Center for Attorney General Studies (LCAGS) strives to provide important information about each attorney general and their actions. The information provided by LCAGS is not a comprehensive view of each attorney general. Readers should not judge the qualifications of an attorney general based on a few selected actions but should consider the totality of an attorney general's service to their constituents.
